The LinkedIn Monetization function is looking for a Senior Manager of Monetization Strategy to help accelerate growth of our Talent Solutions Business ($7B+ in Revenue) in the APAC markets. This role works closely with leaders in our marketing, sales, and product organizations to help craft new business models, define monetization strategies for new offerings, optimize packaging & pricing for existing offers, and develop global processes to ensure successful pricing execution.

Responsibilities:
You will lead 2-3 monetization strategy initiatives concurrently as well as guide workflow for junior team members and/or cross-functional partners supporting programs.
Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing and Business Operations to determine:
How the next generation of Talent Solution products will be brought to market and monetized.
How we can evolve the current product and offer portfolio pricing and packaging to accelerate growth.
How we can optimize pricing and packaging to unlock international share growth.
How we can accelerate execution with strategy in market through business intelligence.
Co-Lead a monthly business review with APAC GTM and Sales Leadership team that is tasked with optimizing execution and throughput from programs and strategies we launch.
Be the ambassador for the pricing strategy group with the goal of developing and representing the regional market voice for identifying opportunities to accelerate penetration, generate sustainable growth and enable strategic outcomes via pricing & packaging strategy.
Leverage hypothesis-driven analyses to evaluate pricing and packaging opportunities
Build analytical models to inform, size and influence pricing strategy
Lead voice of customer and field interviews and large-scale quantitative customer research using techniques including max diff, conjoint, concept tests and pricing/value assessments.
Partner with sales systems, central operations, sales ops and revenue management partners to determine how to implement pricing & packaging changes into internal systems and processes.
Develop process foundations to improve price governance, monitoring of price performance, execution, market validation, & decision making
Measure and track monetization performance to enable continuous improvements to our pricing and packaging.
Build relationships with 3-5 key international stakeholders with the goal of transforming them into champions and advocates for our team and our programs.
Invest in team development and talent. We look to senior members of the organization to help recruit, train and develop junior team members on key monetization, stakeholder management and consulting skills as well as mentor juniors across LinkedIn.
