About Opmed.ai

We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager with a strong technical background to own and lead client integrations and go-lives across multiple customers and geographies. This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery execution, from kickoff through successful go-live, ensuring technical and business commitments are met on time and with high quality.
The Implementation Project Manager works closely with internal teams including R&D, Product, and Customer Success to drive delivery. Externally, the role owns implementation execution with customers, working directly with customer IT teams on technical integration topics and managing project delivery with customer business stakeholders, including executives. This is a senior, execution-focused role that requires clear ownership and the ability to align diverse stakeholders who do not report directly to you.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client implementations, from kickoff through successful go-live
Define, manage, and control project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
Define, document, and promote structured implementation processes to be adopted across the organization to ensure scalable and repeatable delivery
Drive day-to-day execution across R&D, Product, Implementation Engineers, and Customer Success to meet delivery commitments
Lead customer engagements, including project kickoffs, ongoing status management, and go-live readiness reviews
Act as the primary interface with customer IT teams on technical integration topics and with customer business stakeholders on delivery planning and execution
Identify delivery, technical, and dependency risks early and drive mitigation to avoid delays
Ensure go-lives meet agreed technical, quality, and customer expectations
Coordinate implementation capacity and provide direction to implementation engineers assigned to projects
Drive alignment, accountability, and decision-making across teams and stakeholders, including those without direct reporting lines
8+ years of experience leading customer-facing implementation and delivery of a SaaS product, including ownership of client integrations and go-lives
Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with Product and R&D teams internally, and engage effectively with customer IT teams externally
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects with competing priorities
Proven track record of defining and promoting structured implementation methodologies and internal workflows to improve delivery efficiency
Experience leading cross-functional delivery efforts and influencing without direct authority
Strong project management skills, with responsibility for executing a defined scope, managing timelines, and mitigating delivery risks
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with client executives, supervisors, and technical teams
Experience working with customers & internal stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones
Fluent English speaking and writing skills at a professional level, with the ability to lead complex discussions with global stakeholders
Experience in healthcare integration and AI SaaS products are a strong plus
