As a Senior Implementation Manager at Terminal, you will own the end-to-end deployment of our Yard Operating System for enterprise customers — from kickoff through go-live and beyond. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of project execution, technical coordination, and operational change management. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure every implementation is delivered on time, on scope, and with the customer confidence that drives long-term retention.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, with a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream deployments on time.
• Prior hands-on experience implementing TMS, ERP, WMS, or similar operations-critical platforms, you understand the weight of a live deployment in a 24/7 environment.
• Demonstrated project management competency: you can build a real project plan, identify a critical path, and rebaseline without losing customer confidence.
• Experience navigating technically complex environments involving integrations, third-party vendors, and customer IT constraints.

Preferred But Not Required

• Experience working with IoT devices, IP cameras, edge compute hardware, or physical infrastructure deployments
• Background in logistics, supply chain, yard management, or adjacent industrial operations.
• Familiarity with logistics SaaS platforms, yard management systems (YMS), or telematics solutions.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
