Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their ERP setups (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), billing and collections processes
Collaborate with Solution Consultant to understand and map custom fields, data flows, and integration logic

Own implementation timelines, risks, and dependencies, escalating blockers proactively
Lead structured handover from implementation into Customer Success, ensuring documentation, workflows, and integrations
Create and maintain implementation runbooks, ERP-specific playbooks, and internal documentation to improve repeatability and scalability
Support data validation and reconciliation during onboarding to ensure accuracy of ERP data ingestion and workflows prior to go-live
