Company Description Business Core Solutions (BCS), founded in 2014, is a global enterprise transformation company and the world’s first Agentic System Integrator, with teams across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and India. Over 480 professionals support business-critical environments, ensuring reliable execution across SAP, Salesforce, OpenText, cloud, and data ecosystems. BCS addresses the complexity of modern, distributed enterprise systems by enabling work to move seamlessly from trigger to decision to action, with embedded access control, data integrity, and governance. Its platforms—Symphony for workflow orchestration, Anugal for identity, access, and approvals, and deKorvai for data accuracy—form a control layer that structures and coordinates enterprise execution. The company is committed to creating opportunity beyond systems, with a significant portion of its workforce coming from first-generation and underrepresented backgrounds.
Role Description The Senior Identity Management Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) solutions that support BCS’s enterprise clients and internal platforms, with a focus on security, scalability, and governance. This full-time, on-site role, based in Chennai, involves leading IAM architecture and integration efforts across applications, directories, and cloud environments, including support for platforms such as Anugal. The role includes configuring and optimizing identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, role management), access controls, single sign-on (SSO), and multifactor authentication (MFA), as well as monitoring system health and resolving complex incidents. The Senior Identity Management Engineer will collaborate with security, infrastructure, development, and business teams to define requirements, enforce standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory and client security policies. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior engineers, contributing to IAM roadmaps, and documenting designs, procedures, and best practices for use in highly regulated, mission-critical environments.
