Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (or higher) in electrical engineering or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience on designing analog circuits (high speed comparators, amplifiers, current sensors, temperature sensors, bandgap references, etc.).
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience on power converters (such as linear regulators, Switched-Inductor DC-DC Converters, and Switched-Capacitor DC-DC converters).
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of designing power transistors, gate drivers, integrated bootstrap circuits and high-speed level shifters.
• Experience with project- and/or tech lead responsibility from previous IC projects.
• Experience with power management IC design and dc-dc converters applications.
• Experience with IC Design environments: Cadence (preferred), Synopsys, and/or Mentor Graphics.
• Experience with digital communication interface design such as UART, I2C, I3C, and/or SPI is a plus.
• Experience with PCB design, assembly, and experimental validation is a plus.

• Strong communication skills including conveying new ideas, actively participating in brainstorming sessions, and effective presentation.
