Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Reporting to: Global Head of HR (Switzerland)

Travel: Mandatory frequent international travel

Role Overview

Athagoras is establishing a global HR shared services model and is seeking a senior, hands-on HR Business Partner to support multiple companies and global initiatives. Based in Stockholm, this role combines strategic HR business partnering with regular on-site, operational HR support across locations. Experience in the Pharma and Biotech Industry would be needed.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders across multiple entities and geographies
Support the setup and continuous development of the global HR shared services model
Translate business strategy into people initiatives and lead change
Provide hands-on, on-site HR support, including complex employee relations
Lead and contribute to global HR projects (e.g. transformation, culture, engagement)
Partner closely with the global HR team to ensure consistency and scalability

Profile

5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in international environments in Lifesciences
Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Experience supporting multiple business units or companies
Comfortable with frequent international travel to other supporting entities and teams.
Fluent in English (Swedish or additional languages are a plus)
