JOB SUMMARY
The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for acting as a strategic people partner to the executive and global leadership teams, supporting business and individual performance through effective people strategy, advice, and execution. The role has primary accountability for the United States and an expanding global remit, the role supports a geographically diverse workforce across the US, Australia, and Canada, working in close collaboration with existing internal and outsourced HR support.

This role has been deliberately designed with scope to evolve. While the initial focus is on providing strategic oversight and influence across all core HR disciplines, the Senior HR Business Partner will play a key role in shaping how the global HR function develops over time.
Over time, the role will coordinate and integrate HR delivery globally, including providing governance and strategic direction to outsourced HR providers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. This is a unique opportunity for a senior HR professional to help define the future shape of the function, influence at the highest levels, and build a fit-for-purpose global people model that grows with the business.
