We’re now expanding our Electronics team and looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to take a key role in designing the electrical systems that drive and control the Menteebot’s physical intelligence.
What You Will Do:
Design and develop complex custom PCBs for robotic systems — including:
Requirements
Bonus Points
Motor drivers
Power units and power management units
Sensor interfaces and digital communication systems
Lead hands-on hardware bring-up , debugging, and validation processes in the lab.
Interface directly with embedded software, mechanical, AI, and control teams to ensure full-stack integration and high system performance.
Define board-level test plans and validation procedures .
Develop and support EtherCAT , FDCAN , CANBus , and other real-time communication interfaces across the system.
Drive component selection , schematic design, layout reviews, BOM management, and production documentation.
Conduct layout and Gerber file reviews , and manage DFM/DFT feedback from external PCB layout vendors.
Collaborate with PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors to support prototype and production runs.
Contribute to continual improvement in design reliability , signal integrity , and system-level efficiency .
