Senior Hardware Engineer / Tech Lead
to join our team and drive innovation across industrial, medical, automotive, and power-sector products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead complete hardware development cycles—from architecture and design to qualification and compliance.
Develop advanced embedded electronic products across multiple domains.
Collaborate in high-level requirement discussions and contribute to system architecture.
Innovate and implement solutions for complex hardware design challenges.
Manage client communication through weekly review calls.
🛠 Required Technical Experience
🎓 Must-Have Abilities
B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / E&C or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Hands-on experience with
hardware design of microprocessors (TI, Freescale, NXP, Qualcomm)
and memories (
DDR2, DDR3, LPDDR2/3
).
Full hardware product development lifecycle experience.
Strong knowledge of
microcontroller architectures
(ST, Microchip, TI).
Proficiency in
analog and mixed-signal design
, including ADC, DAC, and signal conditioning.
Experience in
operational amplifier
and discrete analog circuit design.
Knowledge of
AC-DC and DC-DC power supply
design.
Familiarity with communication protocols:
RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, UART, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
(Zigbee is a plus).
Understanding of
EMI/EMC compliance
, especially for automotive products.
Proficient with tools:
ORCAD, ALLEGRO, ALTIUM, PADS
.
Comfortable using lab instruments like
multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, logic analyzers
.
