Simultaneously, provide the internal team with laser focus feedback for future improvements * Leading a team to address complex server system technical design issues at all levels * Collaborate with cross functional teams at NVIDIA to ensure customer solutions are exceptionally optimized for the highest performance servers in the world * Expertise in thermal, mechanical, and electrical (TME) engineering who has experience ranging from nano-electronic and micro-mechanical board design to the integration of large-scale data center facility systems * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 10 overall years of proven experience in system-level design and integration of server products from concept to deployment, which includes 5 years of management experience * Strong track record of leading a team working with multidisciplinary groups (hardware, firmware, software, validation and PM teams) * In-depth knowledge of server and data center products and applications * Exceptional communication skills, both external and internal, coupled with strong teamwork abilities * A deep passion for complex problem-solving on technical level and process level while comprehending the broader implications and trade-offs involved NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
