Senior GTM Analyst As a Senior GTM Analyst, you will serve as the primary analytical engine for our Marketing and Sales strategy by bridging the gap between raw data and actionable revenue insights. You will work to drive high velocity execution across marketing and sales during our current stage of rapid scale.

Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for driving towards the following outcomes:

• Optimize Marketing Spend: You will build and maintain multi touch attribution models to improve marketing ROI through better budget allocation.
• Enhance Funnel Conversion: You will identify friction points in the inbound and outbound sales motions to drive increases in lead to close conversion rates.
• Ensure Data Reliability: You will maintain accuracy and uptime for all GTM dashboards within our BI tools to provide stakeholders with dependable daily reporting.
• Accelerate Insight Delivery: You will leverage AI tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks.

Experience & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following experience and qualifications (nice to have and required):

• B2B Analytics Expertise: You possess 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales analytics with a deep understanding of pipeline health and customer journeys.
• Technical Proficiency: You are highly skilled in SQL and BI platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or Looker to transform complex datasets into actionable visualizations.
• Growth Stage Resilience: You have a proven track record of acting as a grinder who can navigate the messy middle between startup chaos and structured scale.
• CRM Mastery: You are comfortable working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to extract and analyze sales performance data.
• AI Integration: You have practical experience using AI and machine learning tools to enhance data analysis and improve your overall workflow efficiency.
• Collaborative Mindset: You can partner effectively with data engineering, Marketing, and sales teams to ensure data definitions are aligned across the organization.

Nice to Have

• Industry Specifics: Prior experience working in K12 EdTech or within a Product Led Growth (PLG) startup environment, particularly for a Series B-C company.
• Dual Perspective: Previous professional experience working directly in a marketing or sales role.

Compensation Range: $140K - $160K
