This is a highly hands-on growth role for someone who understands B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, AI products, and modern growth marketing.
You will own and execute growth campaigns across paid acquisition, email marketing, outbound campaigns, product launches, webinars, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing while working closely with leadership, product, and sales.
The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical thinking, strong execution, and a deep understanding of technical B2B products.
Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation
• Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns
• Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and email campaigns
• Generate qualified pipeline and increase product adoption
• Improve conversion across the full funnel from visitor → signup → demo → customer
• Launch and optimize webinar, nurture, and product launch campaigns
Product-Led Growthr (tPLG)
• Drive self-serve product adoption and onboarding flows
• Improve activation, retention, and user engagement
• Work closely with product teams on messaging, feature launches, and conversion optimization
• Create scalable growth loops and lifecycle campaigns
Marketing Operations & Automation
• Own HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting
• Manage Apollo outbound sequences and lead enrichment
• Build and optimize email nurture campaigns
• Improve lead scoring, segmentation, and attribution
Product Marketing & Messaging
• Create compelling messaging and positioning for technical AI products
• Develop landing pages, campaign copy, ads, and product launch materials
• Translate complex AI and computer vision concepts into clear business value
• Support sales enablement with presentations, content, and collateral
Analytics & Optimization
• Track campaign performance and optimize CAC, conversion, and engagement metrics
• Build dashboards and reporting for growth performance
• Continuously test creatives, messaging, audiences, and funnels
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or product marketing
• Strong experience with:
• HubSpot
• Apollo.io
• Email marketing automation
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Ads
• Landing page optimization
• CRM workflows
• Strong understanding of:
• Product-led growth (PLG)
• Enterprise B2B sales cycles
• Demand generation
• Growth funnels
• Excellent copywriting and messaging skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment
Bonus Qualificationse
• Experience in AI, computer vision, semiconductor, manufacturing, industrial SaaS, or deep tech
• Experience marketing technical products to engineering teams
• Familiarity with webinar platforms, SEO, and attribution tools
• Experience supporting both enterprise sales and self-serve product growth
