The Impact You’ll Make
We’re hiring a Senior Growth Manager - AI Marketplace to design and run the growth and operating system behind how we source, qualify, and activate large-scale contractor workforces — fast, cost-effectively, and with high quality.
You will own the supply-side growth strategy, funnel analytics, experimentation, and partner ecosystem that powers our talent supply across 50+ domain categories. You’ll treat talent acquisition as a marketplace growth problem: rapidly scaling top-of-funnel, identifying bottlenecks, proposing experiments, deeply understanding performance analytics, and driving execution across tooling, vendors, and operations — so our teams can scale from demand spikes to steady-state delivery with minimal manual effort.
