What we’re looking for
- Natural builder: You’ve built things all your life, but also have 5+ years experience with building & growing products with top-tier team members.
What you’ll do
In one sentence: Do what it takes to build a predictable, sustainable, and competitively defensible growth model for Lovable.
- Build new product features & experiences
- Build and run A/B tests to optimize product-led growth loops (viral, referral, UGC).
- Deploy the fastest solution possible to validate ideas and scale the ones that work.
- Help manage integrations with other apps - MCP and API based.
- Keep the product experience relentlessly Lovable while making growth the engine, not the afterthought.
