In this role, you will work with top researchers and a team of senior engineers on open-ended projects. You will design and implement products like agentic hiring workflows, agentic annotation platforms, RL environments, and eval infrastructures.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’ve built something difficult and meaningful.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ability to ship high-quality code quickly and iterate fast.
• Strong instincts for product design and user experience.
• Insatiable curiosity and the ability to quickly become an expert in any domain.
