Job Title: Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and Enhance Our Web Applications:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
  • Implement dynamic user interfaces, ensuring an optimal user experience across various devices and browsers.
  • Implement entire features including frontend, backend, and databases.

• Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices in front-end development.

• Performance Optimization:

  • Enhance and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Uphold high standards of quality by writing clean, understandable, and testable code.
  • Enhance and maintain the testing infrastructure to avoid regressions.

• Innovation and Research:

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in front-end development.
  • Experiment with new technologies and techniques to improve the development process and user experience.

• Code Review and Integration:

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and to foster a culture of collective code ownership.
  • Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and functionalities.
  • Propose and drive improvements to the overall architecture of our software stack.

• Ownership:

  • Lead projects and provide mentorship to others on how to manage complex initiatives.
  • Be proactive about change and biased towards action.

• Proficiency with our frontend stack - Next.js, React, and TypeScript ideally.
• Ability to write simple REST endpoints and database queries to support your feature.
