The role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Hire Ami Ltd, you’ll help build and improve our AI agents. You’ll play a key role in developing scalable, user-focused AI solutions to turbo charge volume hiring in critical sectors. This is an individual contributor role, working directly with the CEO.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a huge impact on solving the recruitment challenge for critical sectors with true agentic AI. You'll work with a supportive, experienced and entrepreneurial team on AI products that truly transform industries.
Responsibilities:
● Develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance backend features and APIs
● Own the AI agent (from prompting, to QA, to bespoke implementation (integration, customization)
● Build reliable systems and quick prototypes, leveraging low-code solutions and AI coding (Vercel, Supabase, Claude Code)
● Write robust unit and integration tests
● Improve the codebase’s architecture, reliability, and testability
● Contribute to system design and technical discussions
● Collaborate with product manager and other engineers
● Support partner / client-side technical discussions when needed
