What You’ll Be Doing:

• Front-End Development: Develop front-end features in React/Typescript with full ownership of feature flow, launched in our A/B experimentation framework.
• Back-end Development: Develop backend features using Python/Django.
• Raising the Bar: Implement and socialize current best practices in front-end and back-end.
• Data-driven Approach: Deliver user value through analysis, generating ideas, and maintaining focus.
• Prioritization: Balance delivering fast results with maintaining high-quality, sustainable systems.
• Chasing Excellence: Continuously seek to improve your craft and inspire those around you.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Full-Stack Expertise: Primarily front-end focused (70% front-end, 30% back-end).
• Front-end Expertise: Strong skills in React, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Exposure to Back-end Tech: Familiarity with Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PHP, or Golang.
• Understanding Architectural Patterns: Familiarity with key architectural concepts.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to face and solve challenges independently.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication in English at a B2 level or higher.
