·        Define and implement MongoDB schemas, optimize performance, and leverage aggregation pipelines for large-scale data processing.

·        Drive cloud deployment and management across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.

·        Champion containerization and orchestration practices using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

·        Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated, reliable deployments.

·        Apply and advocate for modern architecture patterns such as event-driven systems, domain-driven design (DDD), and microservices.

·        Ensure security best practices across backend and frontend applications.

·        Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and data science teams in an agile environment to deliver end-to-end solutions.

·        Mentor junior developers and contribute to setting engineering best practices.

Requirements

·        Minimum 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development with strong backend expertise.

·        Proven track record with .NET (C#), microservices, and API-first design.

·        Advanced frontend development skills with React and Next.js.

·        Strong expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, optimization, aggregation pipelines).

·        Hands-on experience deploying and managing apps on cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP a plus).

·        Deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized workloads.

·        Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

·        Strong grasp of software architecture principles, including event-driven and domain-driven design.

·        Strong understanding of application security across the stack.

·        Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

·        Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Nice to Have

·        Experience in AI/ML-driven platforms or other data-heavy systems.
