The role

Up to £200k plus equity for senior engineers building software where correctness genuinely matters. Health tech, fraud and risk, regulated fintech.

These are companies where the engineering work is shaped by real-world stakes: clinical decisions, financial compliance, user safety. Stack centres on TypeScript and Python, with strong engineering practices and engineers who care about the domain they build for.

The work

• Build and ship product end-to-end across frontend and backend
• Make architecture decisions in domains where bugs have real consequences
• Own meaningful surface area, often as one of the first ten engineers
• Work closely with founders, domain experts, and customers

What you bring

• Strong production TypeScript and Python (or similar full-stack equivalents)
• Track record shipping at startups or product-led companies
• Genuine interest in regulated, mission-driven, or domain-heavy products
