About the Role:
We are a fast growing startup looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who enjoys ownership, problem solving, and building scalable products. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently in a remote environment and contribute both technically and strategically.
You will be involved in designing, developing, and improving product features end to end while collaborating with a small, highly motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain front end applications using React.js and Next.js
• Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js
• Take full ownership of features from concept to production
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Identify, debug, and solve complex technical problems
• Collaborate with product and design teams in an async remote setup
• Use GitHub for version control, pull requests, and code reviews
• Continuously improve application performance and scalability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js
• Solid backend knowledge using Node.js and Express.js
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong understanding of JavaScript ES6+, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Well versed with Git and GitHub workflows
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
