We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer with Backgound in Bio-/Cheminformatician who combines scientific expertise with strong data engineering and software development skills. You will develop the core biological and chemical logic of our discovery platform — linking biodata from genomes to chemical structures, implement software modules and AI/ML-powered analytics, drive software architecture and pipeline development.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain a cloud-based biocompound discovery platform.

• Design and implement data flows from internal and external sources.

• Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to integrate and analyse multiomics data to functional properties of molecules.

• Stay on top of the latest advancements in software engineering principles, platform technologies, AI/ML to continually improve the platform.

• Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

• Collaborate with biologists, chemists, chem-/bioinformaticians and data scientists to integrate their insights into the platform.

• Identify and develop discovery services for customers, leading to paid collaboration projects or licensing opportunities for discovered compounds.

• Integrate data and learning from high-throughput validations in the lab environment into the platform.
