Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Mindsmith, located in Herriman, UT. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize user-facing features using modern frontend technologies. Your responsibilities will include translating design wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring responsive design and performance, and working closely with back-end developers for seamless integration. You will also contribute to maintaining and enhancing existing features, while identifying opportunities to improve user experiences. As a senior team member, you will participate in mentoring junior engineers and shaping best practices for the frontend team.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
• Proficiency in Web Development workflows and best practices
• Familiarity with Back-End Web Development and ability to collaborate with back-end teams
• Extensive experience in Software Development and problem-solving in web technologies
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
