At a Senior Frontend Engineer level, you’ll help define frontend architecture, mentor engineers, and shape product direction for the developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, performant UIs for real-time AI-assisted coding workflows.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate LLM-powered features seamlessly into the UI.
• Drive development of a design system & component library for consistency and velocity.
• Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and reliability for enterprise-scale use cases.
• Implement secure integrations with IDEs, Git providers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• At senior levels: lead frontend architecture decisions, mentor teammates, and influence product strategy.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript (or equivalent modern frameworks).
• Strong understanding of state management, performance optimization, and real-time UIs.
• Experience building complex, enterprise-grade applications or developer tools.
• Knowledge of standard API integrations patterns.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a product mindset.

Our cash compensation range for this role is $225,000 - $250,000+.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
