We're hiring a Senior Frontend Engin eer to join our R&D team. In this role, you'll craft the user interfaces and experiences that make MIND's complex data protection capabilities feel simple and intuitive. Our challenge is turning sophisticated security technology into experiences anyone can understand and use. Our stack includes TypeScript and React, with ConnectRPC for backend communication, bundled with Bun and Vite, and deployed on Vercel.

What you will do?

End-to-end development of frontend components and features (design collaboration, development, testing, and deployment)
Drive tech decisions via tech spec and code reviews
Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver amazing user experiences
Lead projects and mentor new team members

What should you bring to the

5+ years of experience with frontend engineering for complex applications with simple, intuitive user interfaces
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
Experience with cloud-native development (containers, cloud providers, k8s, etc.)
Experience with modern frontend tooling and CI/CD practices
Understanding of frontend testing approaches and best practices
Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Hands-on experience with building on headless components (e.g. Radix, HeadlessUI, etc.)
