About the Role:

Pibit.ai is a Gen AI-powered risk assessment platform that transforms unstructured submission documents and external data into structured, underwriting-ready insights. Our platform empowers businesses to increase submission throughput, improve risk accuracy, and lower loss ratios. We pride ourselves on delivering user-centric and scalable solutions.

We are seeking a talented UI Developer with 4-7 years of hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance B2B SaaS applications using React and Node.js. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable user interfaces for our suite of SaaS tools, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain intuitive user interfaces with React for B2B SaaS web applications.

● Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-centric designs, ensuring seamless user experience across devices and browsers.

● Build robust, reusable components using modern React practices (hooks, context, Redux, etc.).

● Work alongside backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and real-time data using Node.js.

● Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

● Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and architecture guidelines.

● Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

● Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend and backend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 4-7 years’ experience in frontend UI development for B2B SaaS products.

● Strong proficiency in React.js, including state management (Redux, Context API) and modern React features (Hooks).

● Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend integration and API development.

● Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS/LESS preferred).

● Experience with RESTful API consumption and integration, as well as API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, etc.).

● Good grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

● Familiarity with Git, code versioning tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile/scrum development environments.

● Experience deploying web applications to AWS S3 for static content hosting.

● Proficiency in configuring AWS CloudFront for content delivery network (CDN) to improve performance and security.

● Hands-on experience integrating web applications with Firebase Realtime Database for real-time data synchronization.

● Ability to implement and manage WebSocket communication for real-time bidirectional data fl ow.

● Practical experience with Ant Design (Ant D) for building enterprise-level UI.

● Proficiency in Next.js for building React applications, including server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).

● Demonstrated ability to use Material-UI (MUI) for developing responsive and accessible user interfaces.

● Experience with test-driven development, unit & integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, etc.).

● Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

● Strong communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with micro-frontend architectures or monorepos.

● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Previous experience in SaaS startups or fast-growing software companies.

● Familiarity with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.).
