Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings - These are generally at 9 am or 3 pm CT but may vary based on events and team availability.
As an early-stage company, roles may change, and expand over time. You will have an opportunity to participate in lots of new initiatives and projects.
Attend and engage during 1-2 annual team meetings. These are generally 3 days, including travel.
The “must haves”
Mission and Value alignment
We are only hiring in Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones to keep our team within 1 hour plus or minus from our ‘hub’ in Nashville.
4-5 years of experience in front-end software development
Proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript
Strong experience in React (We use Next.js)
Strong UI/UX instincts and ability to implement high-quality interfaces with or without formal design assets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The “nice to haves”
Experience working with the rest of our stack: NestJS, Next.js, DocumentDB and PostgresQL
Experience building on a cloud platform like AWSC
