Position Summary
The Senior Financial Manager is responsible for directing and optimizing the financial management of the group of companies
, ensuring coherent financial strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across all entities. This role plays a pivotal part in the ongoing restructuring of the group
, leading the consolidation of financial processes, unifying reporting standards, improving cost structures, and supporting the redesign of legal and operational frameworks. The Senior Financial Manager oversees budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, accounting operations, financial risk management, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. They deliver accurate financial insights to support strategic decisions, organizational transformation, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Group-Level Financial Leadership
Lead and coordinate financial operations across all entities within the group of companies
.
Establish and maintain group-wide financial policies, internal controls, and governance structures to support restructuring.
Produce timely and accurate consolidated financial statements and reports for leadership, boards, and external stakeholders.
Restructuring & Corporate Transformation
Manage the financial dimension of the restructuring process
, including legal entity reorganization, tax optimization, and operational realignment.
Design and maintain financial models to evaluate restructuring scenarios, investment decisions, and long-term strategic options.
Identify inefficiencies, develop cost-optimization initiatives, and drive process harmonization across the group.
Support M&A, divestiture, integration, and strategic partnerships where applicable.
FP&A, Budgeting & Reporting
Accounting Oversight & Compliance
Stakeholder & Institutional Relations
Qualifications and Skills
Personal Attributes
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management or FP&A, ideally within a multi-entity, international, or restructuring-heavy environment
.
Expertise in group financial consolidation, restructuring processes, and strategic finance.
Strong proficiency with ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar).
Advanced analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage complex financial structures.
Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.
