We are currently seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our SA Team. What You'll Be Doing - Lead the product through its entire lifecycle, from the design-in phase to end-of-life, ensuring flawless execution until system Goes-live.. - Perform detailed technical analysis, including circuit/board troubleshooting and FAR issue resolution, to ensure products meet customer criteria - Offer in-depth technical assistance to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and design houses, ensuring ease of qualification and assisting in issues. - Work closely with customers on joint development initiatives, providing technical expertise to create tailored solutions that meet their requirements. - Actively work towards achieving the Design Wins with Manufacturers - Develop technical solutions including hardware & software demos required for system designs. - Provide onsite support to solve hardware and software problems. - Be a technical specialist on NVIDIA Datacenter products - Establish strong communication channels and collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure a positive end customer experience. What We Need To See - BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience). - 8+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry, particularly in system design or FAE support roles. - Capable of excelling in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment. - Remarkable talent for effectively managing multiple initiatives and priorities. - Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong time-management and organizational skills for coordinating complex projects. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both Business and engineering teams. Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd - 8+ years of working experience in System Design / FAE Role. - In-depth understanding of CPU, GPU and server Baseboard Designs. - Experience with ARM and NVIDIA GPU development. - Experience working with Server Manufacturers.
