About Us: Innatera is a rapidly growing Dutch semiconductor company that develops ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors for AI at the edge. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Field Application Engineer to support our product development and customer implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between customer and product development teams, ensuring the effective implementation of products and customer satisfaction.

WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH:

• Bridging the gap between the market and our internal teams by actively translating client feedback and usage scenarios into actionable product improvements.
• Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management, serving as their primary technical advisor
• Assisting our customers in accelerating their development of our technology
• Training customers (alongside the engineering teams) by organising workshops and training sessions
• Providing technical support to our customers and answering questions on the applications of Innatera technology
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate the value of Innatera technology to secure wins
• Collaborating actively with the SDK/EDK, architecture, and Product owner teams

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (FAE, System Architect, or Technical Marketing) within the Semiconductor industry
• Experience with AI Embedded Applications
• Experience working in a global environment, bridging the gap between Asian customer requirements and European/Western HQ engineering teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Native/Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and professional fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Great coding skills: Python, C, or C++
• Knowledge of AI Framework: TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Knowledge of the ML toolbox, SDK, and EDK
• AI background (basic concepts at least)
• Computer architectural knowledge is a big advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and outstanding communication & customer service skills

• 作为市场与内部团队的桥梁，积极将客户反馈和应用场景转化为可执行的产品改进建议。
• 与客户的系统架构师及工程管理层建立深厚的技术关系，成为他们首选的技术顾问。
• 协助客户加速基于 Innatera 技术的开发进程，推动项目落地。
• 组织技术研讨会（Workshops）和培训课程，与工程团队一起为客户提供深度培训。
• 为客户提供全面的技术支持，解答关于 Innatera 技术应用的各类问题。
• 与销售团队紧密合作，发掘新机会，清晰阐述 Innatera 的技术价值，助力赢得 Design-in。
• 与 SDK/EDK、架构团队及产品负责人（Product Owner）积极协作，优化产品体验。

任职资格:

• 在半导体行业拥有 5 年以上面向客户的技术岗位经验（如 FAE、系统架构师或技术市场）。
• 具备 AI 嵌入式应用（AI Embedded Application）开发或支持经验。
• 拥有全球化工作环境经验，能够有效衔接亚洲客户需求与欧洲／西方总部工程团队的沟通。

需要具备技能:

• 工程、计算机科学或相关领域的本科学位。
• 普通话母语／双语水平，英语流利（具备专业的口语和书面沟通能力）。
• 出色的代码能力：精通 Python、C 或 C++。
• 熟悉主流 AI 框架：TensorFlow、PyTorch。
• 熟悉 ML 工具箱（ML toolbox）、SDK 和 EDK。
• 至少掌握人工智能的基本概念（AI background）。
• 具备计算机体系结构（Computer Architecture）知识者优先。
• 具备强大的分析与解决问题能力，思维灵活，拥有出色的沟通技巧和客户服务意识。
