In this role, you will:

Experience with Customer/1 and Customer Information System (CIS) to support a large-scale data conversion initiative.
Analyze source and target data layouts to determine mapping, transformation, and conversion requirements.
Work with COBOL and C modules in the legacy CIS system to understand data structures and prepare for conversion.
Translate complex technical data requirements into clear specifications for ETL development and execution.
Collaborate with data architects, developers, and business teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of conversion mappings.
Support data quality checks and validation processes to ensure successful migration.
Document all mapping and transformation requirements in alignment with project standards.

Who You Are:

10+ years of experience working with Customer/1 and Customer Information Systems (CIS)
Energy and Utilities industry experience
Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation design.
Strong understanding of COBOL and C code to understand data structures and logic.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools; Matillion experience is a plus.
Excellent documentation, analysis, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a large program environment with multiple stakeholders.
