• Open-Source Engineering: Reverse-engineer, customize, and extend open-source

frameworks to fit product-specific needs.

• AI Backend Integration: Build orchestration logic for AI agents (task routing, tool usage,

memory/context handling).

• System Optimization: Implement monitoring, performance tuning, and scaling strategies for

inference and backend services.

• Collaboration: Work closely with AI/ML teams to provide backend support for LLM

integration, prompt handling, and workflow automation.

• Version Control: Review and merge Python code/PRs using Git/Bitbucket.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Core Expertise: 3–5 years of hands-on Python backend/server-side development.

• Strong proficiency in FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and microservice architecture.

• Proficiency with Docker, containerization, and deployment best practices.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred).

• Familiarity with Linux-based systems, Git/Bitbucket, and distributed deployments.

• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

• Ability to read, analyze, and extend open-source frameworks.

Education & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and deliver in fast-paced environments.
