To support our growth, we are strengthening our Engagement Lead role with a clear focus on commercial ownership, inspiration, and account expansion .
As an Engagement Lead (EL) , you are the commercial and strategic owner of client relationships . You drive demand, growth, and long-term partnerships by inspiring clients, identifying opportunities, and converting value into concrete initiatives.
This role builds a strong consulting and value-driven background (e.g. Senior Business Consultant, Value Engineer, Engagement Manager). You lead sales, upselling, value positioning, and strategic account development , working closely with Delivery Leads and technical teams. The Engagement Lead will be responsible for conducting process intelligence scans and identifying areas for improvement in client organizations. You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of process mining solutions across various industries. You will collaborate closely with customers to help them uncover inefficiencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and realize tangible business value through data-driven insights. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to demonstrate the ROI of process intelligence, automations and other applications, guiding them through the implementation journey, and ensuring continuous value realization. You will provide management consulting services, develop effective strategies, and communicate recommendations to clients.
You operate as part of a Client Success Team , together with a Delivery Lead, ensuring clients experience continuous value while OFI grows sustainably within each account.
This is a full-time hybrid role , with flexibility to work remotely. Travel is required, especially during onboarding and when working closely with clients.
