As an Engagement Lead ( EL), you are t he commercial and strategic owner of client relationsh ips. You drive demand, growth, and long-term partnerships by inspiring clients, identifying opportunities, and converting value into concrete initiativ

This role build s a strong consulting and value-driven backgr ound (e.g. Senior Business Consultant, Value Engineer, Engagement Manager). You l ead sales, upselling, value positioning, and strategic account develop ment, working closely with Delivery Leads and technical teams. The Engagement Lead will be responsible for conducting process intelligence scans and identifying areas for improvement in client organizations. You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of process mining solutions across various industries. You will collaborate closely with customers to help them uncover inefficiencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and realize tangible business value through data-driven insights. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to demonstrate the ROI of process intelligence, automations and other applications, guiding them through the implementation journey, and ensuring continuous value realization. You will provide management consulting services, develop effective strategies, and communicate recommendations to clie
