Job Description As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for the integration, testing, and supply chain management of the electronic components and embedded systems of our robots. You will encompass the assembly, validation, and testing of power electronics (battery management system, motor drivers), digital electronics (PCBA validation), firmware, communication protocols, and interfaces. Collaborating closely with mechanical engineers, you will contribute to ensuring the reliable integration and high performance of the electronic systems in our robots. While our Zurich team focuses on early prototyping and control systems, your role in Shanghai will center around optimizing assembling procedures, rigorous testing, and managing the supply chain to ensure robust, production-ready products. This includes direct work with suppliers, PCBA validation, harness optimization, embedded systems debugging, and overseeing small-batch production workflows. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and has a proven track record of bringing electromechanical systems from prototype to production, with a strong focus on quality and supply chain efficiency.
