Senior Electrical Engineer

Reporting to the HW Development Manager, you will be our key engineer in electrical systems, delivering solutions for agricultural applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Your missions :

Collaboration :

• Work closely with mechanical, software, industrialization, quality, and procurement teams.
• Interface with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, cost, and DFM/DFA.

Your profile :

• Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, electronics Engineering.
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in agricultural machinery or heavy equipment.
• Strong experience in electrical system design and integration.
• Experience with ECU (Electronic Control Unit) programming, configuration, or integration.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex technical topics.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in ECAD tools (Altium / Eplan)
• Experience with electrical cabinet and wiring harnesses development and industrialization.
• Competence in ECU programming and embedded systems (e.g., configuration, calibration, diagnostics, or basic software development).
• Familiarity with EMC, functional safety concepts, and validation testing.
• Experienced in BOM control.

• Ability to contribute effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
• Fluency in French and English.
