Position Profile The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading and managing electrical engineering projects, overseeing design, development, and testing of electrical/electronic modules and sub-systems for defense and security applications. Their role will lead the design, optimization and analysis activities intended to ensure the electrical content of the project functions as expected and that cost and schedule goals are met. They will also contribute to a dynamic team environment by being proactive, communicating clearly to all stakeholders, and modeling a highly collaborative working environment.

Their role will contribute across multiple phases of the product life-cycle, from early feasibility

studies through transition to production and will be involved in the hands-on evaluation of prototype components, developing and executing of test plans, collecting / evaluating test results, and clearly communicating findings to the project team.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• BSEE or equivalent with 8+ years of electronic HW development experience in an avionics/aerospace, defense or medical product environment
• Exposure to analog and digital design with mixed signal interface and conversion circuit knowledge and the ability to specify components and/or sub-assemblies

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Familiarity with working in an ITAR environment
