THE ROLE Metaphore Bio is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Director of Immunology to join the Preclinical Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in immunology across autoimmune, inflammatory and/or metabolic diseases areas, established drug discovery experience and team leadership, and a proven track record of guiding successfully multidisciplinary teams from early discovery through IND and early clinical development.

The salary range for this role is $213,000 - $280,500. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
