Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain authentication and identity management features.
• Work with Keycloak: extend, customize, and integrate with external identity providers (OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Implement secure credential-based authentication without relying on external identity infrastructure.
• Analyze and improve the current identity architecture.
• Support customer use cases and provide technical input during integration.
• Apply DevSecOps practices in development and deployment.
• Contribute to technical direction and architecture.
• Help with hiring and mentoring developers.

Required Skills:

• Strong backend development experience (Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar).
• Experience working with Keycloak or similar IAM platforms.
• Good understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and workflows.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Able to work independently and solve technical problems.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Spring Security or Quarkus.
• Knowledge of tools like Vault, Istio, OPA.
• Experience in building and leading technical teams.
• Background in enterprise security or SaaS products.
