Job Description:
Client is seeking a skilled
DevOps Engineer
to join our Technology division and support our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining robust DevSecOps pipelines, automating software delivery processes, and orchestrating deployments across multiple environments.
The engineer will work closely with Agile coaches, scrum masters, and development squads to ensure seamless rollouts of applications—covering APIs, databases, middleware, and container platforms in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement DevSecOps strategies and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate deployments across non-production and production environments.
- Manage infrastructure configurations, container platforms (Kubernetes, AKS/EKS/OpenShift), and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate within Agile squads to deliver sprint commitments and improve delivery processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 6–7 years in DevOps engineering.
- Expert in
Azure DevOps
, including pipeline templating and integrations.
- Proficient in scripting languages:

Monitoring tools
: Splunk, ELK, EFK
Operating Systems
: RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test automation (TDD, regression, functional).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on team collaboration and transparency.
- Knowledge of cloud-native and traditional application development is a plus.
