We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive/ Account Manager with a strong background in selling FinTech, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions to Banks and NBFCs. The ideal candidate has deep BFSI relationships, understands digital lending/payments ecosystems, and can drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
About the role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our infrastructure team, managing and maintaining our financial services platform built on a 24x7, highly available architecture. We are critical infrastructure for our customers, so your work matters to our business. We value simplicity over complexity - both in design and communication. We are seeking a candidate with a strong DevOps mentality and is
passionate about building elegant, cloud-native, fully automated solutions with security in mind.
What do we want you to do:
● Build, enhance, and support service solutions and infrastructure from conception to execution
● Manage and improve AWS, Windows, and Linux systems uptime and performance
● Responsible for Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory
● Build and run production environments in AWS using Infrastructure as code methods
● Orchestrate environment development using Kubernetes, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation, leading key initiatives and improvements
● Build & Deploy CI pipeline automation to a combination of Kubernetes/Docker and EC2-based systems in AWS.
● Work closely with System Architects, Engineers, Product Managers, and SRE to meet their environment setup and service automation needs.
● Develop a process to make DevOps a part of the engineering development, service deployment, and operations lifecycle (SDLC)
● Identify and implement key monitoring and analytics for DriveWealth solutions and services, especially for greenfield projects and initiatives.
● Lead and mentor junior DevOps / SRE Engineers and guides the team to industry and company standards.
What would help make your case:
● Expert in system build configuration and deployment automation
● Expert in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
● Expert in container and fleet management: Docker, Kubernetes, and/or Rancher
● Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
● 6+ years of experience in Linux
● 6+ years of experience building and maintaining a SaaS platform
● Experience with AWS: VPC, EC2, RDS, CloudFormation, Terraform
● Must be passionate about automation
● Experience with project management and tracking
● Background in software application-driven development roles with a knowledge
of software data structures and design patterns
● Mastered scripting skills in one of Ruby/Bash/Python
● Build and release automation tools: GitHub Actions, GIT, Kubernetes – ArgoCD a plus.
● Experience with RedHat OpenShift
● Production system integration, log collection and analysis build, and performance monitoring/tuning.
● Design and implement availability, security, and performance monitoring
