Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools to improve DevOps productivity, including generating infrastructure-as-code, optimising CI/CD pipelines, accelerating incident triage, and improving observability.
Soft Skills: Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

ArgoCD: Experience with GitOps principles and knowledge on Argo CD.
Observability: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Cloudwatch.
Programming: Experience with OO programming, preferably Python.
Release Principles: Solid understanding of release management and pipeline-as-code
