Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure to support mission-critical AI-driven healthcare applications.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and repeatable delivery to production.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, maintaining high uptime and service quality.
• Develop internal tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance.
• Write and maintain automation scripts to streamline development and deployment processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive DevOps Experience: You have at least 4 years in DevOps/SRE/cloud infrastructure roles within SaaS or security-focused environments, with a track record of operating production systems.
• Cloud Proficiency: You are strong on a leading cloud platform (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP valued) and comfortable managing workloads at scale.
• CI/CD & IaC: You have hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines (preferred: GitHub Actions) and using Infrastructure as Code (preferred: Terraform; also valued: Ansible) to provision and manage environments.
• Containers & Orchestration: You’ve deployed and operated services with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Programming (Python): You write clean, reliable Python for automation, tooling, and integrations — must.
• Operational Excellence & Communication: You proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance, while clearly documenting your work and collaborating effectively across disciplines.
