Job Description:
Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade relational, cloud, and hybrid data platforms to support advanced analytics and healthcare systems. Lead data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives across on-prem and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Develop and manage ETL pipelines using Informatica, design cloud data architectures with Snowflake, and support data lakes and real-time data integration. Ensure compliance with enterprise data standards, metadata management, EIR accessibility standards, and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CCDA). Collaborate with data engineers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance analytics solutions. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including AI, ML, and big-data analytics.
Qualifications:
• 14+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing
• Strong expertise in SQL and enterprise database platforms
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud data storage
• Proven leadership in advanced analytics and large-scale data initiatives
• Experience with BI, big data technologies, and ETL/data integration tools
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data standards
• Experience with EHR integrations, APIs, and streaming data pipelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (required)
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related discipline (preferred)
• TOGAF and/or Cloud Architecture certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) – preferred
