The Marketing Science team is the engine behind our data-driven growth strategy. In the B2B space, our customer journeys are long, complex, and involve multiple stakeholders. Our mission is to provide the analytical clarity needed to optimise our marketing spend and sales alignment - ensuring we are acquiring the right accounts and high quality leads at the right cost.
About The Role We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to bridge the gap between Marketing, Sales, and Data. While this role focuses on our B2B and sales-assisted journey, we value candidates who understand the nuances of high-growth customer acquisition in any complex environment, be it B2B or B2C. You will be responsible for modeling how diverse marketing touchpoints influence everything from initial awareness to pipeline generation and, ultimately, closed revenue.
You will lead the development of our measurement framework, moving beyond simple lead counts to sophisticated causal inference, attribution and ROI models that reflect the reality of a B2B sales cycle.
