Description We’re seeking a self-motivated Senior Data Analyst with a strong sense of ownership and outstanding communication skills. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and deriving insights from product and marketing data to drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to optimize business processes, create and maintain BI reports and dashboards, and contribute to the company’s data-driven culture. As the first dedicated data team member, you'll have a true opportunity to grow within the company and take on new, challenging projects from day one.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

Identify business processes, trends, and anomalies to provide actionable insights
Create data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders
Design, develop, and maintain BI Infrastructure - understanding when to create reports or dashboards, and when to invest in self service semantics
Utilize strong technical skills to analyze large and complex datasets
Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis and BI tools, providing guidance and support to team members as needed
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

Requirements

5+ years experience as a data/product/business analyst, preferably within a consumer facing company
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field
Extensive experience working with analytical SQL
Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Amplitude, etc.)
Data-driven, familiar with A/B testing best practices, and adept at working with large data sets
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
