Business Impact
Own the analytics strategy for all AMBOSS product domains—from user acquisition and onboarding through learning flows, clinical decision support, and commercial touch‑points. Partner with senior leadership to set KPIs, expose the biggest opportunities, and turn insights into roadmap and revenue impact. Guide the analytics craft across the organisation.
Role Overview
A hands‑on yet strategic role: you will lead end‑to‑end analytics initiatives, coach analysts, and advance data quality and experimentation standards.
What you will do
- Define the analytics roadmap across onboarding, in‑product engagement, clinical usage, and shop flows.
- Drive deep‑dives (causal inference, cohort modelling, forecasting) and present recommendations to VP/C‑level stakeholders.
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests; embed best practices across teams.
- Own core KPI frameworks and align measurement standards company‑wide.
- Identify data gaps, specify event‑tracking, and collaborate with Engineering on data reliability.
- Mentor mid‑level and junior analysts; lead knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Champion scalable self‑service tooling and shape the evolution of our analytics stack.
What you bring
- 5 + years in product or marketing analytics within SaaS or consumer digital products.
- Expert SQL plus strong Python or R skills for statistical modelling.
- Demonstrated record of translating analysis into product or revenue wins.
- Deep understanding of experimental design, causal methods, and forecasting.
- Experience with BI / event‑tracking tools (Looker, Mixpanel, dbt, etc.).
- Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven leadership: mentoring, stakeholder management, prioritisation.
