Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Data Acquisition Executive to lead and manage data collection operations across US markets. This role sits at the intersection of fieldwork, panel operations, sampling, and vendor management, ensuring high-quality, on-time data delivery for our research projects.

You will work closely with internal research teams and external partners to manage recruitment, sampling, and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data acquisition and fieldwork operations across the US
• Oversee sampling, recruitment, and panel operations for quantitative and qualitative studies
• Coordinate with external vendors, panels, and field partners
• Ensure data quality, feasibility, timelines, and cost control
• Monitor field progress and resolve operational issues proactively
• Work closely with Research, Product, and Client teams to align on project needs
• Improve processes and efficiency across data collection operations

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in market research fieldwork, data acquisition, or panel operations
• Strong understanding of sampling, recruitment, and data collection methods
• Experience working with external vendors / panels
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a regional / remote setup (US)

Nice to Have

• Experience covering multiple US markets
• Background as Fieldwork Manager, Panel Manager, or Research Operations
• Experience with online panels and digital data collection tools
