Role Description
As our Senior Customer Success Manager , you'll own a focused, high-touch portfolio of small-to-midsize bank customers from go-live through expansion. This is a build-from-scratch role: partnering closely with our Chief of Business & Marketing, you'll stand up the playbooks, onboarding motions, and adoption frameworks that define Customer Success at Sympera. You'll be the person who turns a signed contract into bankers logging in every day and citing Sympera as the reason they won the deal.
